Assistance with your appointments, shopping, library visits.

NDIS Support
We can assist you in reaching and achieving your NDIS goals.
Agency Paperwork
Get assistance with navigating your agency paperwork (housing, Centrelink etc)
Recreational Activities
Supporting you through recreational activities, such a e-bikes, fishing, bushwalking, swimming.
Before/After School
Support with after or before school activities such as basketball / soccer practice.
Social Skills
Improve your social skills through board games.
Mental Health
Be supported in your mental health and wellbeing with regular check-ins.
Healthy Choices
Supporting you in making healthy choices including meal prep in recreational BBQ setting, homecare setting.
Driving Hours Supervison
Mentoring and support in attaining your driving hours.
Driver's Licence
Assistance with gaining licence (bike/car).

Jack Shaw
Director/Support Worker/Mentor
Through his completion of Graduate Diploma in Indigenous Health Promotion at Sydney Uni, Jack has developed an understanding of how to identify community health priorities/needs and strengths, working in partnership with communities to develop programs that effectively address these priorities and needs. His goal is to empower individuals, communities, and the wider population by improving their health and well-being.
Nate Nicholls
Support Worker
Nate is a friendly and genuine person who can quickly build respectful and reciprocal relationships with people. He is a good listener and observer and finds these skills invaluable in offering support and care catered to an individual’s specific needs. In 2021, he completed First-year Bachelor of Nursing at University of SA but with a change of address to NSW and a new career direction, he has found himself really enjoying working within the NDIS framework to help participants achieve their goals.
Reu Norton
Support Worker
Reuben is a hardworking, fast-learning individual who cares about people and can contribute to an effective team environment through clear communication and collaboration. He enjoys various sports including soccer, volleyball, and skateboarding, and loves reading, gardening, and meeting new people. He has a keen interest in mental health and is passionate about helping people find purpose.
Ryan Shaw
Support Worker
With a proud heritage of Australian indigenous and European ancestry, Ryan is friendly and outgoing person with a strong community drive. He believes good male role-models are critically important and is interested in mental health and sport. He can offer support worker timeslots after 3 pm in the Lismore or Ballina area.
